At Sana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
